1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LED Banner - Big Text Maker. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms.

2. Google Play Terms

The current verified configuration identifies Android distribution through Google Play. If you download the App from Google Play, your use of the App is also subject to Google's applicable terms, rules, and policies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country or region to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

4. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly permitted otherwise. You do not acquire ownership of the App, software, source code, design, interface, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

5. User Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the text, images, audio, templates, presets, exports, and other content you create, import, process, display, save, or share using the App. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you use.

You agree not to use the App to create, display, export, or share content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, adult, fraudulent, misleading, unsafe, or otherwise harmful to others.

7. Safety Notice for Light, Flash, and Audio Features

The App includes bright screen, flashing, warning-light, vibration, flashlight, Morse light, and music-reactive effects. These features may cause discomfort or risk for some people, including people sensitive to flashing lights.

Use these features responsibly. Do not use flashing or warning effects while driving, in dangerous locations, where they may distract others, where local rules prohibit them, or as a substitute for professional safety or emergency equipment. Prolonged high brightness, flashlight use, audio playback, or video export may increase battery usage, heat, or device wear.

8. Local Data and Backups

Some data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for managing, exporting, and backing up local data where supported. Deleting the App, clearing storage, changing devices, or system failure may result in loss of local data.

9. Features and Availability

Features may require compatible devices, Android permissions, file access, media access, microphone access, flashlight hardware, network access, Google Play availability, or third-party services. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times, in all countries, on all devices, or in all versions.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with Google Play, Android system services, system file picker, media store, gallery, share targets, support servers, IP lookup services, legal document pages, and other external links. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including software, design, interface, graphics, logos, text, features, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, trademarks, branding, or assets without prior written permission.

You retain rights to content you create or import, subject to your responsibility to hold necessary rights.

12. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or bug reports, you allow us to use them to maintain and improve the App without compensation unless prohibited by law.

13. Subscriptions and Paid Features

The reviewed code materials did not identify an active payment, billing, or subscription SDK. If subscriptions, paid features, trials, or premium services are introduced in a future version, the purchase screen and Subscription Terms will describe the applicable benefits, billing cycle, cancellation, renewal, and refund rules.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, create legal risk, violate platform rules, or harm others. You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel any future platform-managed subscription if one is later introduced.

15. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, compatibility, and uninterrupted operation.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the App.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

18. Applicable Law and Mandatory Rights

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and mandatory consumer, privacy, data protection, subscription, refund, or other legal rights that may apply based on your country or region. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded or waived under applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the App, on the website, or through other appropriate channels. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms unless applicable law requires additional consent.
